Rise and Shine - Start the day off right with our morning crew! Monday-Saturday sessions start at 5am and Sundays at 6am.
Monday - 5-7km
Tuesday - Interval Training
Wednesday - 5-7km (Recovery)
Thursday - Hills Session (FEEL THE BURN!!!)
Friday - Core, Stretch and Roll
Saturday - Long Run (10-20km)
Sunday - Long Run (10km+)
All abilities welcome and routes change from week to week. No-one gets left behind with runbacks available for faster runners. Meet up at 4.55am for a 5.00am start.
Cost for sessions is FREE however we do ask that runners become financial members with SRG for just $20 per year. The amazing benefits membership can provide can be found on our website.
