Adult's call it "working out", Kid's call it "playing"...... Play or exercise? A child's body doesn't know the difference. But their mind tells them when they're having fun!!! This is what this group is all about, getting the kid's outside and having FUN!
This session is suitable for kids 3 years to 16 years of age with parental supervision, parents can join in of course!
It begins with a warm up, followed by a number of different games involving: Sprinting, hill work, intervals and strength circuits. Meet at 5.20pm and don't forget water and warm clothing for the colder months!
